Sustainability Scholars

The Sustainability Scholars is an interdisciplinary cohort of undergraduate students working together in the classroom and the field. This integration of curricular and co-curricular work uses our campus and community as a living lab for sustainability.

The Program offers an active project-based learning community for students in all stages of their academic careers in programs and departments across campus.

Program Details

Each cohort is a maximum of 20 students. Scholars take 5 credits of sustainability-related courses and spend 150 volunteer hours working on a campus-based project. The program is a one-year commitment, beginning each fall.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 3.2 GPA
  • At least one year left before the completion of a BA or BS.
